In communication by carrying out from August 1 to December 31, 2006 and also for the purpose of determination of procedure for the organization and implementation of legalization of labor immigrants by law-enforcement bodies I ORDER to single action on legalization of the illegal labor immigrants performing labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. Approve:

1) form of migratory card of special sample;

2) register form;

3) Methodical recommendations about holding single action by law-enforcement bodies about legalization of illegal labor immigrants in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Methodical recommendations) according to appendix.

2. To the chief of the Headquarters department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bukanov M. A.) together with chiefs of departments of internal affairs of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty (further - DVD) to wage information campaign for explanation of the purposes, tasks and procedure for holding single action for legalization of illegal labor immigrants. In case of need to take measures for attraction to participation in information campaign of the international and non-governmental organizations.

3. To chiefs of DVD:

1) till July 25, 2006 to provide production of necessary quantity of migratory cards of special sample according to the List of the alphabetic symbols assigned to the cities of Astana, Almaty and the areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to No. 644 approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of November 27, 2000;
