Article 2. Transitional provisions

2.1. Article 1.3. 1, 1.3.4, 1.3.5, 1.4, 1.5 of this Law become effective along with the relevant law determining considerable and especially large sizes of drugs or psychotropic substances, and also especially large size of precursors and illegally the cultivated plants containing narcotic substances.

2.2. Article 1.6 of this Law becomes effective along with the relevant law determining especially large size of the strong substances which are not relating to drugs or psychotropic substances.
