About measures for protection of the domestic market
For the purpose of stabilization of situation in the consumer market and ensuring homeland food security the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish export ban physical persons from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of goods for private use according to the list and in quantity according to appendix.
The prohibition established in part one of this Item does not extend to the goods acquired by the physical persons leaving the Republic of Belarus:
in the duty-free shops located at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus;
in other places and (or) cases determined by regional executive committees.
2. Control of export by physical persons from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the goods specified in appendix is performed:
The State Customs Committee at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus;
The state boundary committee in Items of the simplified omission through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
