About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

to add Item after subitem 1-2 with new subitem 1-3 of the following content:

"1-3) sales by clients - physical persons to banks of bank metals with physical delivery / without physical delivery;";

in the first offer of subitem 4 of the word "the case specified in the subitem" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the cases determined in subitems 2-3 and";

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:

"12) purchases of foreign currency by the resident for covering of the letter of credit opened by emitting bank for benefit of the nonresident on the transaction determined in the subitem 2 of Item 14 of this resolution.";

2) in Item 14:

to add Item after subitem 2-1 with two new subitems 2-2, 2-3 of the following content:

"2-2) money transfers for the purpose of accomplishment of obligations of resident to the nonresident according to the purchase and sale agreement of goods signed between them under condition if such transfer is made at the expense of the means received on the credit (to loan from IFI or on the subcredits from the state for which financing the state attracted the loan (loan) from IFI;
