1. "10. Production of hoofed animals, brown bear, is made in the presence of the huntsman of appropriate subject of hunting economy, and on grounds of reserve fund of the state inspector on protection, reproduction and use of fauna.";

"12. Getting (shooting) of wolves, jackals, crows, forty, big cormorants, rooks, stray dogs do not require permission to use of fauna in case of:

1) implementation of protection of fauna by officials of territorial subdivision of department of authorized body in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna and its specialized organizations, and also egersky service of the subject of hunting economy with use of office weapon and application of avia - avtomoto-, vehicles, including the over-snow equipment;

2) production of hunting for other animal species (without application of avia - avtomoto-, vehicles, including the over-snow equipment) in the territory of the subject of hunting economy on which permission to the use of fauna issued on hunting acts.";
