Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2011 No. 1141 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 86, Art. 3145; 2018, No. 52, Art. 1827; 2020, No. 44, Art. 1414; 2021, No. 44, the Art. 2684, No. 53, the Art. 3277, No. 94, the Art. 6073) and of December 25, 2015 No. 1127 "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 108, No. 68, Art. 2301; 2017, No. 100, the Art. 3069) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2011 No. 1141 and of December 25, 2015 No. 1127

1. According to the procedure of maintaining the State register of the corporeal rights to real estate, No. 1141 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2011:

Item 2 to add 1) with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) the applicant - the physical person who is directly addressing for receipt of administrative service in the field of state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances (further - state registration of the rights).";
