Some questions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) during action of warlike situation
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 929 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 99, the Art. 3217), change which is applied.
2. Stop for action of warlike situation current of the term determined by Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2021 No. 1002 "About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines (except active pharmaceutical ingredients) and approval of the Standard form of the agreement on implementation of delivery of medicines to the final consumer" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 78, the Art. 4933).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective about day of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation.
