1. Bring the following changes in some orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the staff of law-enforcement bodies, the military personnel having practical experience of work on profile of department (cycle), department, scientific division of the organization of formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at least five years;

2) the teachers, scientists of the organization of education having work uninterrupted length of service at least three years in the relevant department (cycle), department, scientific division of the organization of formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which are pushed to higher position in the same division.";
