About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made.

2. To provide to department of military education and science of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the military education supervising questions.

4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 22, 2016 No. 32 "About the approval of Rules of carrying out the current control of progress, intermediate and final assessment studying in the military educational institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13264, it is published on April 11, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of carrying out the current control of progress, intermediate and final assessment studying in the military educational institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

state Items 2 and 3 in the following edition:

"2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) mark and rating system of assessment of educational achievements – the system of assessment of level of knowledge in the points corresponding to the alphabetic system accepted in the international practice allowing to establish the rating of students;

2) military educational institutions – the organizations of education subordinated to MO RK;

3) the highest military educational institutions of MO RK (further – VVUZ) – the organizations of education subordinated to MO RK the implementing educational programs of the higher and postgraduate education;

4) the academic debt – availability of one and more unsatisfactory estimates on disciplines of training (to types the practician) which are not handed over to students at the scheduled time;

5) protection – form of control of accomplishment by students of laboratory works, settlement and graphical tasks, term papers (projects), theses (projects), master theses (projects), doctoral dissertations, all types the practician and training;

6) intermediate certification of students – the procedure which is carried out for the purpose of quality evaluation of development by students of content of part or all amount of one subject, one subject matter and (or) the module, and also professional modules within one qualification after completion of their studying;

7) the individual rating of the student – the quantitative index of level of mastering the student of disciplines of the academic period constituted by results of intermediate certification;

8) final assessment of students – the procedure which is carried out for the purpose of determination of extent of development by them of amount of the subject matters and (or) modules and other types of educational activities provided by the educational program according to the state obligatory standard of appropriate level of education;

9) Military college of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Military college) – the organization of education, the subordinated MO RK realizing educational programs of technical and professional education;

10) intermediate certification (examinations) – the procedure which is carried out for the purpose of determination of extent of development by students of content of part or all amount of subject matters of the academic period;

11) prerekvizita – the list of the disciplines necessary for development of the studied discipline;

12) subcommittee SAC is the subcommittee created on each discipline of the examinations submitted for final assessment, approved by the order of the chief of educational institution;

13) the current control of progress of students – systematic examination, studying according to the training program, carried out by the teacher on classroom and out-of-class occupations during the academic period;

14) transcript – the document containing list of the mastered disciplines and (or) modules, and other types of study for the corresponding period of training with indication of the credits and estimates of knowledge;

15) rubezhny control – control of the educational achievements studying upon completion of the Section (module) of one subject matter;

16) the working curriculum – the educational document developed on the basis of the standard curriculum and approved by the head of the organization of education in which the list of subject matters of obligatory and high school components, their labor input in the credits, the sequence of studying, control form is determined;

17) progress GPA – arithmetic average value of estimates of the student (on 100-mark scale) on all subject matters and other forms of educational activities (the term paper, the project, task, practice, training) determined by the working curriculum to the reporting of specific intermediate certification;

18) examination – the form of control of educational achievements of students which is carried out upon completion of studying of part (all amount) of subject matter and (or) modules.

3. The current control of progress of students is carried out on each subject of subject matter for the purpose of determination of level of their theoretical and practical preparation and performed by different forms of control which are determined by the working training program.";

"5. Type of the current control is rubezhny control which is carried out 2 and more times within one academic period within one discipline and is performed by different forms of control which are determined by the working training program.
