About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 2012 No. 909 and of August 29, 2013 No. 758

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 2012 No. 909 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for encouragement of citizens, including it is material, for active participation in environmental protection and assistance of protection of animal to the State inspection and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus":

state preamble in the following edition:
