Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2025 "About the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 27

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for encouragement of citizens, including it is material, for active participation in environmental protection and assistance of protection of animal to the State inspection and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance in case of project development of the republican budget for the next financial year to provide money for encouragement of citizens for active participation in environmental protection and assistance of protection of animal to the State inspection and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus and to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

This Provision determines procedure for encouragement with the chief of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus (further – the State inspection) citizens for active participation in environmental protection and assistance in accomplishment of the tasks and functions assigned to the State inspection.
