According to part seven of Article 20 and the paragraph third the subitem 2 of Item 22 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use in 2022 for the means of the government budget provided for payment of the annual one-time monetary assistance to veterans of war and to the victims of Nazi prosecutions which is attached.

2. Determine that:

1) payment of the annual one-time monetary assistance provided by the Laws of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" and "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" (further - benefit), is performed in 2022 in sizes at least, than in 2021;

2) payment of the monetary assistance in 2022 is performed:

bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine - to persons which are on accounting in territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine as persons who are granted pension (monthly perpetual monetary pay), as of May 5, 2022, by inclusion in sheets (lists) on pension payment;
