According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About mass media", "About the principles and guarantees of freedom of information", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for state registration of mass media, creations of guarantees of their independent development, ensuring compliance with liberty principles of information, realization of the right of everyone freely and freely the Cabinet of Ministers decides to extend and use information:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for state registration of mass media in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the Uzbek agency on seal and information (B. Alimov) in three-months time to perform inventory count of constituent documents of mass media, their reduction in compliance with the current legislation and the enclosed Regulations on procedure for state registration of mass media in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 30, 2003 No. 418 "About order of registration of mass media in the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 9, the Art. 93) and appendix to it.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov A. N.
