About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure

Based on part one of Item 5 of Article 3, of the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 6.35.1 "Receipt of the conclusion about possibility of destruction of the goods intended for the room under customs procedure of destruction" (is applied).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of 24.06.2022 No. 33

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.
