According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I order:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision of December 22, 2008 No. 289 "About approval of Industrial safety rules in metallurgical industry", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 29, 2009 for No. 87/16103;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision of January 27, 2010 No. 9 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out the state technical inspection of large-capacity and other technological vehicles", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2010 for No. 163/17458.
2. To provide to management of market development of work and payment terms of work submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
