About creation of Public institution Tunduk under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of proper and effective technical coordination of implementation of system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, electronic services, and also accomplishment of strategically important technical tasks in the field of digitalization of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 13, 17 and 26 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create Public institution Tunduk under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Organization).

2. Approve Regulations on Organization according to appendix 1.

3. Determine Organization the operator of the following elements of infrastructure of electronic control:

- system of interdepartmental electronic interaction Tunduk;

- State portal of electronic services;

- State system of electronic messages;

- Single system of identification;

- Register of infrastructure of electronic control;

- Register of basic information resources.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.08.2022 No. 434

5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Instructions for use the State portal of electronic services" of October 7, 2019 No. 525 the following change:

- in Item 2 of the word "The state company "Infokom" shall be replaced with words "Public institution Tunduk.
