ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF UKRAINE

of March 20, 2022 No. 508

About modification of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 5, 2016 No. 69

According to the Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine"", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" and to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), I ORDER:

1. Make change to the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of February 5, 2016 No. 69 "About the organization of kliniko-expert evaluation of quality of delivery of health care and medical attendance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 24, 2016 for No. 285/28415, having added with its Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. Determine that for action of warlike situation in Ukraine the kliniko-expert evaluation of quality of delivery of health care and medical attendance by Kliniko-commission of experts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, is not carried out.".

2. To inspection department of quality of delivery of health care (Trubacheva Ya. V.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Mikichak I. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is effective within 30 calendar days after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.
