About the organization of kliniko-expert evaluation of quality of delivery of health care and medical attendance

According to article 22 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care, the paragraph of the subitem 8 of Item 4, to Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of realization of provisions of paragraph two of Item 8 of the Procedure for the quality control of medical care approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 28, 2012 No. 752, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2012 for No. 1996/22308, I ORDER the fourteenth:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on kliniko-commission of experts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine which are applied;

2) Regulations on kliniko-commission of experts of the Ministry of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, structural divisions concerning health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations which is applied;

3) Regulations on medical council of healthcare institution which are applied.

2. Determine Management of licensing and quality of medical care of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine responsible for the organization of work, coordination and control of activities of kliniko-commissions of experts in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and administrative and territorial units.

3. To the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, heads of structural divisions concerning health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to ensure functioning of kliniko-commissions of experts according to this order.
