According to Articles 7, of 14, of 14-1, 22 Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care, subitem 6.5 of the subitem 6 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, for the purpose of effective management of quality of medical care and ensuring increase in level of control of quality of medical care I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for quality control of medical care which is applied.

2. Determine Management of quality control of medical services responsible for the organization of monitoring of quality control of medical care.

3. To provide to the head of department of quality control of medical services T. Donchenko in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister O. Tolstanov.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
