Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine

1. To add Item 1 paragraph two after the words "in spheres of open data" with words ", public electronic registers".

2. The fifth Item 3 after the words "in spheres of open data" to add the paragraph with words ", public electronic registers".

3. Add item 4 with subitem 9-7 of the following content:

"9-7) performs the powers determined by the law in the field of public electronic registers, namely:

will organize development of the state target programs on development of integration and interoperability of system of public electronic registers;

provides implementation of necessary technological infrastructure for the organization of interaction of the integrated information systems and/or information systems of operators and joint use of register information;

acts as the state customer of development and provides accomplishment of the state target programs on development of public electronic registers;
