Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 "About the termination of actions of the state supervision (control) and the state market supervision in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1355) and of April 26, 2022 No. 481 "Some questions of the organization of work of workers of subjects of managing of public sector of economy for warlike situation", changes which are applied.

1. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2022 No. 303 to add with Item 3 following of content:
"3. During the period of warlike situation unplanned actions of the state supervision (control) (unscheduled inspections not eligible to travel abroad) of observance by the subjects of managing performing activities in spheres of power and utilities, legislations in the respective spheres and licensed conditions are performed according to the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities in the presence of threat which has considerable negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of the person, environment protection and safety of the state.".
