About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 No. 866 and of March 27, 2022 No. 385

1. Bring in the Procedure guardianship and custody bodies of the activities connected with protection of the rights of the child, No. 866 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 24, 2008 "Questions of the activities of guardianship and custody bodies connected with protection of the rights of the child" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 76, Art. 2561; 2022, No. 27, the Art. 1484), and the Procedure for temporary movement (evacuation) and providing conditions for stay in the territory of Ukraine where fighting is not conducted, or outside Ukraine the children and persons living or enlisted in organizations of different types, patterns of ownership and subordination on the round-the-clock stay, No. 385 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 2022 "Some questions of temporary movement (evacuation) of the children and persons living or enlisted in organizations of different types, patterns of ownership and subordination on the round-the-clock stay, in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 28, the Art. 1544), changes which are applied.
2. In a month to provide to the ministry of social policy completion of the Single Children information and analytical system for conducting accounting of children in it which are temporarily moved (are evacuated) in the territory of Ukraine where fighting, or out of limits of Ukraine is not conducted.
