About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319 "About unified information system of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 13, Art. 1427; 2020, No. 17, Art. 2793; 2021, No. 3, Art. 581; No. 51, Art. 8874).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319

1. In Rules of placement of information by subjects of information which obligatory placement is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, in unified information system of housing construction, approved by the specified resolution:

a) add with Items 10 (5) - 10(7) following contents:

"10(5). The builder performing construction of apartment houses without attraction of money of citizens and legal entities according to the Federal Law places in system of housing construction:

a) permission for construction of the apartment house;

b) decision on cancellation of the permission for construction of the apartment house, on modification of the permission for construction of the apartment house;

c) following information about the builder:
