1. Determine that:
1.1. data about registered according to the procedure, established by the President of the Republic of Belarus, agreements on alienation of apartment houses (share in the property right to them) who are in the rural zone and exploited till May 8, 2003 in form according to appendix (further, unless otherwise specified, – the information) are provided district, city (the cities of district subordination) by executive committees in tax authorities in the location of real estate objects.
Provision of data is performed concerning everyone registered district, city (the cities of district subordination), rural (settlement) executive committee (further – local executive committee) agreements on alienation of the apartment house (share in the property right to him) who is in the rural zone and exploited till May 8, 2003 (further, unless otherwise specified, – agreements), separately;
1.2. the direction in tax authority of data is performed in electronic form by means of forming of the Microsoft Excel or Word file and is followed by the letter with indication of the number of the directed data and contact information of responsible persons.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
