About approval of the Procedure of public procurements of medicines and medical products through the organizations (representations) founded by the United Nations
For the purpose of realization of Item 23 of part 4 of article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure of public procurements of medicines and medical products through the organizations (representations) founded by the United Nations according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;
2) to develop the corresponding module on the web portal of public procurements on carrying out the purchases connected with acquisition of medicines and medical products through the organizations (representations) founded by the United Nations.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
