Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning settlement of the academic mobility of change which are attached.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning settlement of the academic mobility

1. In Regulations on conditions of material security of persons directed abroad to training and training, No. 287 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 249; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31, Art. 1864, No. 47, Art. 2439; 2009, No. 74, Art. 2541; 2011, No. 28, Art. 1195, No. 99, Art. 3627; 2012, No. 15, Art. 537; 2017, No. 31, Art. 943):

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. This Provision extends to pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical, scientific, other workers (further - employees), the military personnel, and also to job seekers professional (professional), professional the prehighest, the highest, post-qualifying education, graduate students, assistants-trainees, graduateds in a military academy, doctoral candidates (further - job seekers of education (academic degree) who are directed according to the signed international treaties of Ukraine abroad to study, training (scientific training) (further - training), both on bilateral basis, and at the expense of the host party or the party which directs.";

The average salary (cash cover) is calculated for two last calendar months to the direction abroad taking into account payments, stipulated by the legislation.

For the period of training abroad:

job seekers of education (academic degree) who get education (academic degree) in organizations of education and scientific institutions based on the state (regional) order at the expense of means of the general fund state (corresponding local) of the budget, keep the right to the academic and/or social grants according to the Procedure for appointment and payment of grants approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 2004 No. 882 "Questions of scholarship providing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 28, the Art. 1871);

payment of grant to job seekers of education (academic degree) who get education (academic degree) in organizations of education and scientific institutions based on the agreements signed between educational institutions (scientific institutions) and physical (legal entities) is performed at the expense of means of such persons if it is provided by conditions of such agreements.";

4) in item 4:

"The direction abroad of employees, job seekers of education (academic degree) of organizations of education and scientific institutions according to programs of the academic mobility is performed according to the order (order) specified in paragraph one of this Item to which the agreement on the academic mobility signed according to the Procedure for realization of the right to the academic mobility approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 2015 No. 579 is attached (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 66, to the Art. 2183) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 13, 2022 No. 599.";

5) Item 6 after words and figures" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 28, the Art. 1195)" to add with words and figures "of August 12, 2015 No. 579 "About approval of the Procedure for realization of the right to the academic mobility" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 66, the Art. 2183) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 13, 2022 No. 599.";

Item 8 to add 6) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Requirements of the paragraph of the eighth this Item do not extend to the workers, job seekers of education (academic degree) of organizations of education and scientific institutions participating in programs of the academic mobility.".
