About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

Item 2 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content: "Banks are forbidden to perform the operations breaking the restrictions determined by this resolution promoting or able to promote their avoidance.";

To replace 2) in the subitem 1 of Item 5-2 of figure "100000" with figures "50000";

Item 10 to add 3) with the new offer of the following content: "The reinforcement of banks is performed by other values (commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs) based on the corresponding regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine.";

The subitem 10 of Item 12 to state 4) in the following edition:

"10) realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs in branches, departments of banks if there is no threat of life and to health of workers and clients;";

The subitem 2 of Item 12-2 to state 5) in the following edition:

"2) sale of cash foreign currency on the rate established by authorized institution.";
