About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the State committee of judicial examinations I decide:

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2013 No. 292 "Questions of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus" (appendix).

2. In three-months time to provide to the state committee of judicial examinations reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2013 No. 292

1. To exclude from preamble of the word "Republic of Belarus".

2. In Item 1:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

the second or seventh and ninth to add paragraphs with the word "(is applied)";

the paragraph the fourth - for office use.

3. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Determine that training for the State committee of judicial examinations and increase in their qualification are performed according to the procedure, established for expert organizations (divisions) based on which this Committee is formed.".

4. To exclude from paragraph one of Item 21 of the word "Republic of Belarus".

5. In Regulations on the central office of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:
