1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of June 5, 2018 No. 46 "About establishment of the inventory of retail and wholesale trade and forms of notifications" the following changes:
from word preamble"," to exclude Item 10 parts two;
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Establish:
the inventory of retail and wholesale trade according to appendix 1;
form of the notification on entering of data into the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2;
form of the notification on refusal in entering of data into the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.";
in signature stamp of appendix 21 to this resolution of the word "Appendix 21" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 2";
in signature stamp of appendix 22 to this resolution of the word "Appendix 22" shall be replaced with words "Appendix 3".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.
