About compensation of the military personnel of Service of information and safety
According to provisions of the Law on wages system in the budget sphere of N355-XVI of December 23, 2005. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, N 35-38, Art. 148) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve:
official pay rates of officers and categories of compensation of subofficer and sergeant structure of Service of information and safety according to the appendix N1;
monthly allowances for military rank to officer, subofficer and sergeant structure of Service of information and safety according to the appendix N2.
2. Compensation of persons holding responsible state positions, and persons holding the state positions of the first rank to perform according to the work payment terms specified in Articles 6-8 and part (4) article 29 of the Law N355-XVI of December 23, 2005, and in the sizes provided in the appendices N3 and 9, taking into account subitem f provisions) parts (1) article 36 of the specified law.
3. Determine that official pay rates of officers of information and subofficer and sergeant structure of Service of information and safety are established within forks of the official pay rates established on the corresponding positions and categories of compensation of the Single scale of charges according to appendix No. 1 to this Resolution, the director of Service of information and safety.
