About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning theoretical and practical training, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning theoretical and practical preparation, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers of change which are applied.
2. Determine that:
persons who before entry into force of this resolution began preparation, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers of the corresponding categories continue training according to the procedure for preparation, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 20, 2009 No. 487 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 37, stations 1258), and receive the car driver license according to the Regulations on procedure for certification of the driver and the admission of citizens to control of vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1993 No. 340 (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 10, of Art. 211; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 39, Art. 1311);
in the period of warlike situation in Ukraine and within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation return of the car driver license to person deprived of the right to control of vehicles is performed by the authorized employee of any territorial authority on provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs irrespective of the storage location of the withdrawn certificate of the driver according to Regulations on procedure for certification of the driver and the admission of citizens to the control of vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1993 No. 340. Data on invalidity of the withdrawn certificate of the driver who is stored are entered in the Unified state register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
