About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 and of May 8, 2018 No. 343

Based on the paragraph of the sixth subitem 4.4 of item 4 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2017 "About development of entrepreneurship" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 7

1. Add item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, subitem 4.34-1 of the following content:

"4.34-1. determines form and procedure for creation of the interactive passport of the real estate unit;".

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for the direction of notifications on production of installation and construction works approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2018 No. 343, the following changes:

2.1. from parts four and the sixth Item 4, of Item 7 of the word "6.2 or" to exclude;

2.2. in Item 6:

exclude subitem 6.2;

state subitem 6.3 in the following edition:

"6.3. obtaining from the informer and (or) the customer, the builder of the corresponding statement approved with local executive and administrative organ in the territory of which the construction object is located.";

2.3. in appendix 3 to this Provision:

add Item 14 with words ", located out of settlements";
