2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of certification and certification of faces of command structure of the courts which are subject to state registration in the State ship register of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules), are developed according to subitem 26-11) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2004 "About inland water transport" (further – the Law) and the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" (further – the Law "About the State Services") and determine procedure for certification and certification of faces of command structure of the courts which are subject to state registration in the State ship register of the Republic of Kazakhstan, operated on inland waterways and rendering the state services "Certification of Faces of Command Structure of Courts", "Certification of Faces of Command Structure of Courts".

2. Action of these rules extends to crews of vessel, operated on the inland waterways of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered in the State ship register of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Faces of command structure of the courts which are subject to state registration in the State ship register of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the holding positions are subject to certification after each next five years.
