About introduction of temporary ban on export (export) of separate types of agricultural goods from the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring food security of the country and stabilization of market prices of food products, according to articles 29 and 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish temporary ban, for a period of six months, on export (export) from the Kyrgyz Republic (except for re-export, transit, and also the humanitarian aid provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic):

- separate types of agricultural goods out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix 1;

- separate types of agricultural goods out of limits of the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that the temporary ban is imposed after seven days from the effective date of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- no later than three calendar days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
