About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2018 No. 206 "About approval of Rules of assignment of the next military ranks by the person liable for call-up"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2018 No. 206 "About approval of Rules of assignment of the next military ranks by the person liable for call-up" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16841, it is published on May 5, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:

in Rules of assignment of the next military ranks by the person liable for call-up approved by the specified order:

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Military ranks and military rank of the highest sergeant structure "master sergeant" are appropriated to persons liable for call-up of officers by orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, military rank of the highest sergeant structure "headquarters sergeant" and the senior sergeant structure – orders of the First Deputy Minister of Defence – the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ordinary and younger sergeant structures – orders of commanders (chiefs) of military units and organizations based on which military charges are carried out.";

state Items 9 and 10 in the following edition:

"9. For decision making about assignment of the next military ranks of officers by the person liable for call-up and the first military rank of officers "lieutenant" documents according to Item 6 of these rules go to personnel body of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10. For decision making about assignment of the next military ranks by the person liable for call-up of the highest and senior sergeant structures documents according to Item 6 of these rules go to personnel body of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
