I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2018 No. 419 "About approval of report forms on geological studying of subsoil" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17050, it is published on June 26, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to Item 5 of article 90 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 2017 "About subsoil and subsurface use", the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics"";

to be reworded as follows the form of the periodic report on geological studying of subsoil approved by the specified order according to appendix 1 to this order;

form of the final report on geological studying of subsoil approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of geology of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The explanation on filling of the Form of the periodic report on geological studying of subsoil

The report * is created according to stages of planned activities and upon accomplishment includes the following information:

1. The label has the form of rectangle of 140-150 x 100-110 millimeter in size, is placed in the center of cover of each book, notebook, the folder of the report and is drawn up in form according to appendix 1 to the Explanation on filling of the Form of the periodic report on geological studying of subsoil.

2. Informative part includes data on the performed works according to the plan of geological studying or the project of search and estimative works for underground waters for the accounting period.

3. In the certificate of the executed types and amounts of the exploration works and costs which are subject to write-off on object also actually executed types and amounts of works in physical expression, the estimated cost of works and actual costs with separation on stages and types of researches according to summary calculation of estimated cost of exploration works, for geological film-making works, also estimated and actual cost of one square kilometer of geological shooting are specified planned (on the project). The reference is signed by the head of the financial and economic service (chief accountant) and the first head of the organization providing financing of works. The reference for the report consisting of two and more books is located in the first of them.

The certificate of the executed types and amounts of exploration works, and costs which are subject to write-off on object is filled in according to Appendix 2 to the Explanation on filling of the Form of the periodic report on geological studying of subsoil.

4. The form of the report is drawn up in form according to appendix 3 to the Explanation on filling of the Form of the periodic report on geological studying of subsoil.

Note:

* Each book is drawn up in soft cover (soft cardboard cover). The report is constituted in paper and in electronic form. The copy of the geological report is on paper provided on storage in territorial funds of Interregional departments, and in Republican geological funds only electronic options (to similarly paper report versions, with all signatures) on flash drives, or on compact disks are given.

In the absence of notes, the report is stitched by threads.
