THE DECISION OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION PERFORMING STATE REGULATION IN THE FIELD OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATIZATION OF UKRAINE 

of November 30, 2021 No. 456

About modification of the Procedure for import from abroad and realization in Ukraine of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices

According to the subitem 32 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 for No. 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization solved:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for import from abroad and realization in Ukraine of radio-electronic means and the radiating devices, NKRSI approved by the decision of February 13, 2018 No. 78, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2018 for No. 282/31734, which are applied.

2. To submit to department of licensing in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
