About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2006 No. 705 "About monthly monetary pay of separate categories of government employees" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1:
word in paragraph four of "the commission of the Republic of Belarus on elections and holding republican referenda" shall be replaced with words "electoral commission";
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"1.2-1. to the persons which were performing on professional basis of power of the deputy of the House of Representatives or the member of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus less than two convocations in connection with appointment them to the state positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, and having in total the implementation period on professional basis of powers of the deputy of the House of Representatives or the member of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the length of service in the specified positions which was directly following the period of implementation of powers, at least 10 years - in the amount of 65 percent of the salary.
Monthly monetary pay to persons specified in subitem 1.2 of this Item and part one of this subitem is estimated from the salary of the deputy of the House of Representatives or the member of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus (on the post chosen by them).";
