Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2006 No. 590 "About the extreme amount of compensation for expenses connected with consideration of civil, administrative and economic cases and procedure for their compensation for the account of the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 18, Art. 1336; 2018, No. 23, the Art. 807) and of August 3, 2011 No. 845 "About approval of the Procedure for execution of decisions on money recovery state and local budgets or debtors" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 61, Art. 2431; 2013, No. 9, Art. 334; 2018, No. 24, the Art. 853) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 27, 2006 No. 590:
Item 2 after words of "court costs" to add 1) with words "(except court fee)";
2) in item 4:
after words of "legal costs" to add with words ""except court fee)";
add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"Compensation of court fee in civil, administrative and economic cases in the amount of, pro rata to the met requirements of the party, is performed according to Procedure for execution of decisions on money recovery state and local budgets or debtors, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2011 No. 845 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 61, Art. 2431; 2013, No. 9, Art. 334).".
