About prolongation of operation of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 240
Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2021 "About application of special measures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128
1. Extend till November 4, 2022 inclusive action of Items 2 and 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 240 "About application of special measures".
2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - since May 5, 2022;
other provisions of this resolution - from the date of its acceptance.
