1. Establish the minimum base rate for calculation of official pay rates of the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amount of 7040 som.
2. Approve:
1) the sizes of coefficients of frequency rate to official pay rates of the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) the sizes of coefficients of frequency rate to official pay rates of technicians of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;
3) the sizes of coefficients of frequency rate to official pay rates of junior service personnel of Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3;
4) the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances to official pay rate of the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees, Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 4.
