About change of the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order of the chief of the State tax authorities No. 400 of March 14, 2014

According to the h. (1) item 8) and h. (2) 4) of Art. 133 of the Tax code I ORDER to the item:

1. The instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of March 14, 2014 to change as follows:

1) in Item 33-2:

a) "111121, 111130, 113171, 113220, 113240, 113611, 114426, 142216," to replace the text with the text "belonging to the government budget, the local budget or fund of compulsory medical insurance,";

b) the second offer to state in the following edition:

"Automatic compensation is carried out periodically right after closing of the accounting period in S.I.A. "Contul curent al contribuabilului". Transaction is generated if the taxpayer registers debit and credit balance within one economic classification and the area in accordance with the terms, stated in the item a) and b).";

Item 80 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The request of the taxpayer about issue of the reference of CC 04 AE is constituted in a free form or with use of available electronic services. In case of request in a free form it is necessary to specify fiscal code of the applicant, purpose of the reference and necessary number of copies.".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, except for p.1 the item 1) which becomes effective since July 1, 2022.
