About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2016 No. 54
Based on the paragraph of the fifteenth of part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In paragraph one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2016 "About establishment of requirements to contents of educational and program documentation when carrying out preparation concerning industrial safety of" the word "of the educational program of training in the organizations" shall be replaced with words No. 54 "the educational program of rates of purpose".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022.
