About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 20, 2022 No. 32

Based on Item 1 of article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 429-Z

1. Bring in Regulations on conditions and procedure for inclusion in the list of the legal entities performing the production of original alcoholic beverages in the cultural and ethnographic centers, national parks and reserves, other objects of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of reconstruction of completeness of the Belarusian national traditions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 20, 2022 No. 32, the following changes:

add Item 1 with part of the following content:

"Action of this provision does not extend to cases of modification of the list in connection with change of the name of the legal entity included in it.";

to add Item 2 after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:

"other object - object, thematic registration (architecture and (or) interior) of which is performed with use of different elements, acceptances, signs, the forms reflecting national culture of Belarus and which is used for reconstruction, preserving and development of the Belarusian national traditions, customs, ceremonies, crafts and ethnos;";
