About modification of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of compensation on the transport servicing approved by the Order of the Government No. 1413/2016
The government DECIDES:
1. In Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of compensation to the transport servicing approved by the Order of the Government No. 1413/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 478-490, 1502), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
Item 11 to state 1) in the following edition:
"11. The amount of compensation for quarter for persons with the expressed restrictions of opportunities constitutes leu 240,0.";
To replace 2) in Item of the 12th figure "360,0" with figures of "480,0";
The text "9-12" to replace 3) in Item 13 with the text "11 and 12", and to replace figures of "200,0" with figures of "270,0".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
