According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 21, of 27, 28 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", to Articles 1, 9 Laws of Ukraine "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles", for the purpose of review of the size of insurance sums under agreements of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles according to the rate of inflation and consumer price index the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the sizes of insurance sums under the agreements of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles signed after entry into force of this resolution:

1) for the harm done to property of the victims in the amount of 160000 hryvnias on one victim;

2) for the harm done to life and health of the victims in the amount of 320000 hryvnias on one victim.
