1. 4, of 12, the 17th appendices to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 85 "About ensuring implementation of powers and accomplishment of functions on state regulation and supervision in the field of the markets of financial services in questions of supervision of activities of participants of the markets of financial services" (with changes) to exclude Items.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 83 "About ensuring implementation of powers and accomplishment of functions on state regulation and supervision in the field of the markets of financial services in questions of licensing and registration";

2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 30, 2022 No. 109 "About the sizes of insurance sums under agreements of compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles";
