LAW OF UKRAINE

About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather priority directions of development of science and technology and innovative activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the name and paragraph one of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the priority directions of development of science and technology" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 4, Art. 23; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of January 29, 2021 No. 1162-IX) of figure "2021" to replace with figures "2022".

2. In the name and paragraph one of part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the priority directions of innovative activities in Ukraine" (2012, Art. No. 19-20, 166) figures "2021" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with figures "2022".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
