add with Chapter 2-1 of the following content:

"Chapter 2-1. Procedure for transfer of financial, technical documentation and other technical means on object of condominium.

20-1. The chairman of consolidation of owners of property or the authorized representative of particular partnership from the moment of creation of the legal entity or formation of particular partnership or in case of change of the form of government object of condominium sends within 3 working days to cooperative of owners of rooms (apartments), consumer cooperative of owners of apartments, non-residential premises, consumer cooperative, elected or hired physical persons - the managing directors of apartment houses (managers) or legal entities managing it the house the notification in form according to appendix of 3 these rules.

20-2. In case of transition from one form of government, in other form of government of the stipulated in Article 42-1 Law, within 3 working days the notification goes to housing inspectorate about creation of consolidation of owners of property or about formation of particular partnership or about change of the form of government object of condominium.
