About enhancement of system of internal audit of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of functioning of internal audit in public institutions, according to article 12 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About internal audit", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides strengthenings of financial control of effective use of public funds and ensuring safety of the state assets:

1. Form Service of internal audit under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Service) based on the operating structural divisions of the state bodies and organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic obliged to have services of internal audit.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of services of internal audit in state bodies and organizations, local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 13, 2009 No. 177 the following changes:

Appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution to state 1) in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 253 the following changes:
